Any news ?
More than and more hardware resellers provide V4 only, and it becomes impossible to utilize that model with DD-WRT, equally the firmware is available upto V3 only.

Seems like devs are way to busy... its a shame v4 isnt supported withal. I sent a donation unit of measurement of another model, an Archer C50 back in January, nevertheless not even a reply =/

Yep, I ordered the ND model and was sent the v5. Not like I care about replacing the antennas on this, but my connection is so unstable with the stock firmware. Information technology is starting to drive me a little nuts. I wish there was a "piece of work in progress" thread with what versions are being worked on. Oh well, guess I'll hope the versions for newer hardware become released soon.

I checked the ddwrt support list, Yuncore'south XD3200 is the aforementioned flake solution to 1043N V4, is it possible to wink the firmware on V4?

There is a LibreWRT for TP-Link WR1043NDv4, but im afraid its not that user friendly Bone like DD-WRT is....every bit well its missing all the neat features that DD-WRT has ...

Hi devs and pros. Is there anybody from developers reading this ? Can you please tell us if even plan for v4 support ? Or should nosotros sell and find v3 ? Just an answer, not pushing of course. Just want to know if information technology worth to look.

observe v2 or v3 as they are supported don't waste your fourth dimension in waiting for v4 back up....every bit there is v5 on the market at present...

It'due south likewise bad, though.
This router now is very cheap (I just bought it for 30 euros). The v5 is priced 39 euros in my land.
I'1000 planning to buy some more if I am able to put dd-wrt/open-wrt/lede on it.
Information technology costs less than an AP and slightly more than than a gigabit switch!

Is at that place a guide to become a dev?
What can I exercise to aid the release of a firmware for this router?
